Procedure Details
This young man had uneven upper eyelids and wanted to address the lower eyelid pockets. I indicated to him in consult that he also had hollowing under his eyes, so we addressed the upper eyelids, conservatively removed fat from the lower eyelids, and filled in with fat grafting.
